United Hope Network (UHN) is a multi-issue nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening culturally specific communities, with a focused commitment to African American families and neighborhoods.
For over three years, we have served our community by responding to both immediate needs and long-term challenges. We believe real change happens when people are supported holistically—through compassion, education, and connection.
Our mission is rooted in restoring hope, building stability, and empowering individuals and families to move forward with dignity. We work closely with the communities we serve, listening first and responding with care that is practical, respectful, and sustainable.

Our Founder
Julian Duncan, Founder of United Hope Network, carries a deep burden to reach individuals and families who are often marginalized, overlooked, and forgotten.
With over 15 years of ministry and leadership experience, Julian has devoted his life to leading, loving, and walking alongside people from all walks of life. His passion for community care and empowerment has consistently centered on those who face systemic barriers and limited access to opportunity.
United Hope Network was born out of a desire to build a place where hope lives—a space where dignity is restored, communities are strengthened, and people are supported both practically and compassionately. What began as a calling to serve those less likely to rise has grown into a multi-issue nonprofit committed to meeting immediate needs while creating pathways toward long-term stability.
